Scott W. Campbell

is a founding partner in Wallace Campbell, PLLC, where he practices commercial litigation, focusing on construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Campbell has 28 years of litigation experience in Seattle and previously co-founded the law firm of Chism, Thiel, McCafferty & Campbell, PLLC.  Mr. Campbell represents owners, developers, contractors, suppliers and design professionals and individuals in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, trial court litigation and appeals.  He also assists his clients in other aspects of construction, development and commerce, including contract negotiation and drafting, insurance matters, dispute avoidance, project management, claims analysis and general business advice.  Mr. Campbell earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and its Litigation and Construction Law sections, and the King County Bar Association.
